yes, yes and yes. Right now it's just super basic "color scheme should be so and so" though, it's one of the dynamic pages that are subject to change as dev moves on. I posted these ones cuz they're mostly static.

I find it really cool and interesting how WiP goes down the simple and clean route in its art and overall design, which, to me, really sets it apart from any VN I read. Every bit of it just has so much charm that it's honestly my most anticipated VN project out there.
I eagerly await for more pages of this design bible. I hope there are pages for things like choice boxes and stuff.
